Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Prescott, AZ is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive guest experience by upholding safe, high-quality food and guiding a trained restaurant crew.

You will monitor line operations, supervise breaks and shift changes, support food safety audits, and help with training, performance reviews, and cross-training. You’ll also assist with office tasks as needed while fostering growth and leadership among team members in a dynamic, values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety standards and health department matters.
• Experience with office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served and resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and checklist adherence.
• Manage crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; assist with training and performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders; assist with office duties and supplies as needed.
