Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Scottsdale is looking for a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will keep the line clean and organized, train and develop the front-of-house crew, and support food safety and daily operations to ensure smooth service.

You will resolve customer incidents, monitor shifts and line schedules, and participate in office tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keeping the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in and assist when not busy with other tasks.
• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served and help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and safety checklists.
• Resolve customer incidents and promote positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; develop front-of-house crew.
