Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow Chipotle policies.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and food safety.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and time/temperature checks.
• Monitor the line and ensure daily food safety checklists are followed.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in working order and available.
