Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with Food Safety regulations and health department matters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety practices.
• Monitor line time, temperatures and daily safety checklists.
• Address customer incidents to maintain positive experiences.
• Coordinate crew breaks, shifts, meetings and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Assist with office administration tasks and maintain supplies.
