Formación

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices and proper glove use, temperature monitoring, and safety checklists.
• Assist with handling customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Help monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support office administration tasks and maintain supplies.
