Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Hazleton is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a safe, high-quality food experience and to train and support the restaurant crew. You will keep the line clean and equipped, supervise shifts, and help resolve issues while maintaining fast service.

The role emphasizes food safety, cash handling, office duties, and staff development. You will mentor front-of-house teams, monitor performance, and participate in daily tasks to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have knowledge and familiarity with cash handling policies and responsibilities.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Making sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Helping to resolve food quality issues.
• Supporting food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature checks, and daily safety checklists.
• Helping to resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Helping monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Developing and cross training all front-of-house Crew.
• Assisting with Crew performance reviews and developing future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with office administration duties such as banking and paperwork.
• Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained.
