Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold safe and high-quality food and ensure a positive guest experience in our Concord, NC restaurant. You will keep the line clean, train crew, and help with scheduling and daily tasks.

This role requires leadership, strong knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and office paperwork. You’ll develop future leaders, handle customer incidents, and contribute to a well-run, welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Support food safety with hand washing, glove changes, time/ temp checks, and checklists.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with banking and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are kept in working order.
