Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fletcher, NC is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. You’ll keep a clean, organized line and assist with tasks during slower periods while supporting daily food safety and customer service standards.

You will lead front-of-house training, monitor breaks and shifts, and help with office duties, while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy and guests-first service.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help to resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks like banking and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and stocked.
