Chipotle Mexican Grill in Delray Beach, FL is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew on the line.

You’ll supervise line operations, monitor breaks and schedules, assist with office tasks, and help develop future Service Leaders while upholding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. This on-site role includes benefits such as tuition assistance, free meals, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the location.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Supervise crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies are ordered.
