Chipotle Mexican Grill in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a Service Leader who ensures a safe, high-quality food experience and a well-trained crew. You’ll keep the line clean, follow food safety guidelines, and actively support customer service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Office paperwork familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices on the line, including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, and daily checks.
• Assist with resolving customer incidents and ensuring positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties (banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork).
• Ensure office equipment works and supplies are stocked.
