Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served. The role also ensures the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent customer service.

The Service Leader keeps a clean, organized line and supports line equipment. Responsibilities include monitoring food safety practices, assisting with crew breaks and shift changes, and developing front-of-house staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety and health department requirements.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with handling office paperwork and administrative tasks.
• Ability to read/write/speak the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and friendly service.
• Keep the line clean and equipment functioning; support schedule and shift changes.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews and advancement.
