Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and training the restaurant crew. The role keeps the line clean, equipment functioning, and requires active involvement in breaks, shifts, and meetings.

The position demands understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy, cash handling policies, and food safety. Experience in a fast-paced restaurant and a high school diploma are expected.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized; ensure line equipment works properly.
• Be on feet while clocked in and assist with tasks when not busy.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Support office administration duties and ensure supplies are ordered as needed.
