Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and equipped.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules; support office tasks as needed.
• Address customer incidents to ensure a positive experience.
