Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Southlake, TX is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and overseeing a trained restaurant crew. You’ll keep a clean line and supervise line equipment on busy shifts.

You’ll train and develop front-of-house Crew, assist with performance reviews, monitor schedules, and help with office duties as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role emphasizing leadership and Food With Integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties and supply management.
