Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by training and supporting the restaurant crew. You will manage the line, monitor safety checks, and help resolve customer issues while developing future service leaders and handling office tasks as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to policies, and a proactive approach to tasks to keep operations smooth and guests satisfied at the Grand Prairie

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to understand and communicate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Experience working in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety and monitor line temperatures and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
