The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, high standards of food quality, safety, and effective teamwork to keep customers happy and the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to speak, read and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high-quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues.
• Ensure hand washing and glove changes, monitor times.
• Monitor line shifts, breaks, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and supply ordering.
