Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained for excellent customer service.

The role requires maintaining a clean line, supervising breaks and shifts, and developing future Service Leaders while supporting office tasks and cash handling policies. Chipotle emphasizes training and a strong safety culture across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Restaurant experience preferred
• Familiarity with office paperwork
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, line schedules
• Develop and cross train all front of house Crew
• Assist with Crew performance reviews
• Develop future Service Leaders
• Assist with office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered
• Ensure the proper quantity of supplies are available as needed
