Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Restaurant experience
• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served
• Help resolve food quality issues
• Support food safety with hand washing, gloves, time/temperature checks, and checklists
• Help resolve customer incidents to ensure positive experiences
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are functioning and stocked
