Qualifications

• Understanding Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet while clocked in; assist with unbusy tasks.
• Resolve food quality issues and assist with customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house Crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders; assist with miscellaneous office duties.
