Job summary

Qualifications

• Have knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean and organized with properly functioning equipment.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and shifts; support training and development of front-of-house Crew.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure office supplies are ordered as necessary.
