Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Understanding of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and speak the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues and support food safety.
• Monitor line operations and ensure equipment functions.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support office administration and banking policies.
• Ensure adequate supplies and office equipment.
