Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Paducah, KY is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables while training others to become Kitchen Leaders. You will help ensure quality, safety, and an exceptional customer experience as part of a collaborative team.

You will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and support Crew members in achieving station goals and throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to become Kitchen Leaders of the future.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Maintain equipment and arrange for quick repairs when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
