Qualifications

• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Speak, write, read and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Hold a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and quality food experience for customers.
• Keep the line clean with properly functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew and supervise breaks and shifts.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and schedule coordination.
• Support office administration tasks and supplies management.
