Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Georgetown, KY is seeking a Service Leader to ensure a positive customer experience by delivering safe, high-quality food and training a capable crew. You’ll maintain a clean line, monitor food safety, manage breaks, shifts, and cross-train crew members.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience with the ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and food safety concerns.
• Monitor time and temperature, glove changes, and daily safety checks.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support office tasks and ensure supplies are stocked.
