Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and that the restaurant crew is well trained and customer-focused. You will keep the line clean, organized, and ensure equipment functions properly, while assessing tasks during slower times.

You will contribute to food safety practices, support crew development, and assist with office duties. Must have a high school diploma and restaurant experience.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor line equipment and maintain a clean, organized line.
• Support food safety practices including handwashing and glove changes.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front of house Crew.
• Participate in crew performance reviews and development of future leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and supply ordering.
