Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high‑quality food is served and the restaurant crew is well trained. The role requires staying on your feet, supervising line operations, and supporting daily tasks to maintain service standards.

You will resolve food quality issues, monitor schedules, and help develop future Service Leaders while assisting with routine office duties and cash handling policies. A high school diploma and restaurant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food safety practices and health department matters.
• Familiarity with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the front line clean and organized with functioning equipment.
• Train and develop front-of-house Crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Monitor breaks, shifts, and line schedules; support office duties as needed.
• Assist with creating future Service Leaders and cross-training.
