Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and well-trained crew. The role involves managing the front of house line, supervising shifts, and supporting cash handling and food safety procedures.

You will help resolve customer issues, monitor breaks and line schedules, and develop future Service Leaders while contributing to a high standard of service across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and high-quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Ensure crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Monitor time and temperature, hand washing, glove changes, and daily food safety checks.
• Address customer incidents and work to ensure positive experiences.
• Assist with crew scheduling, breaks, and training of front-of-house staff.
• Support office tasks such as banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
