Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good service.

The role requires leading line operations, monitoring food safety standards, assisting with staffing and scheduling, training crew, handling office duties, and supporting the team to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Understanding and articulation of Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience with cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department requirements.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks, and daily safety checklist adherence.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front of house Crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and banking policies.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and available.
