Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to sustain a positive guest experience by ensuring safe, high-quality food and by training a capable restaurant crew. You will maintain a clean, organized line and supervise crew through breaks, shifts, and meetings while continuously improving service quality.

You will also support food safety protocols, assist with crew performance reviews, and handle routine office duties such as banking and paperwork.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant line clean, organized, and properly functioning.
• Supervise crew on breaks, shifts, and line schedules; train front-of-house staff.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and develop future Service Leaders.
• Handle miscellaneous office duties like banking, cash handling policies, and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are in order and available.
