Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring that safe, high-quality food is prepared and served. You will supervise a restaurant crew, manage line operations, and assist with staff training and development while keeping the environment clean and efficient.

The role requires knowledge of food safety, cash handling policies, and familiarity with office paperwork.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and equipment functioning.
• Supervise crew, manage breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Assist with crew development, performance reviews, and training of front-of-house staff.
• Support office administration tasks and ensure supplies are ordered and available.
