Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to ensure safe, high-quality food and a positive customer experience. You will keep the line clean, supervise the crew, train new staff, and coordinate breaks, shifts, and line schedules.

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the line clean with properly functioning equipment and supervise the crew.
• Schedule breaks, shifts, and line meetings; monitor crew performance.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew; assist with performance reviews.
• Assist with office administration duties and ensure office supplies are ordered.
