Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in Aurora, OH is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food and a well-trained crew. The role involves keeping a clean, organized line with functioning equipment and supporting crew development.

You will contribute to food safety, help resolve customer incidents, monitor schedules, and assist with office duties as needed. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Aurora restaurant.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, time and temperature monitoring, and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross train front of house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are maintained and ordered as needed.
• Ensure adequate supplies are available as needed.
