Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is filling a Service Leader role in Norristown to ensure safe, quality food and a positive customer experience. You’ll keep the line clean and productive, train and develop front-line crew, and support shift coordination and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality food is served and food safety policies followed.
• Maintain a clean, organized line and working equipment.
• Support crew with breaks, shifts, and training.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Handle office duties such as banking, cash handling policies and related paperwork.
• Monitor inventory and ensure supplies are adequate.
• Address customer incidents to ensure positive experience.
