Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Resolve food quality issues when they arise.
• Support food safety practices on the line and adapt to time and temperature controls.
• Address customer incidents to maintain a positive experience.
• Monitor crew breaks, shifts, and line schedules.
• Train and develop front-of-house crew and assist with performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders.
