Responsibilities

• Monitor line timing, glove changes, and food safety checks.
• Oversee crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
• Assist with performance reviews and leadership development.
• Support with office admin tasks and supplies management.
