Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Service Leader to uphold exceptional customer experiences by ensuring safe, high-quality food is prepared and served, while coaching and training the restaurant crew. You will keep the line clean and organized, monitor equipment, and step in to assist during busy periods, with a focus on safety and service excellence.

The role involves supervising breaks, shifts, and line schedules; cross-training front-of-house staff; and contributing to performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Experience in food service or quick-service environments.
• Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
• Strong cash handling knowledge and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep a clean, organized line and ensure equipment functions properly.
• Assist with crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house crew.
