Lolli & Pops is hiring a Service Lead/Keyholder in Tukwila, WA to oversee daily store operations and drive KPI targets. You will coach staff, manage inventory, ensure guest satisfaction, and lead by example as a keyholder within the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Experience in a supervisory/keyholder role.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking action to reach them.
• Lead guest engagement, product knowledge sharing and sampling.
• Coach and develop team members and lead by example.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating staff.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and procedures are consistently enforced by all team members.
• Act as a Brand ambassador for Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Maintain safety standards and lift up to 25 pounds.
