Job summary

Lolli & Pops at Southcenter Mall is seeking a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our busy store. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll help drive store results, engage guests, and model product knowledge while coaching your team to deliver exceptional service.

You’ll manage training, scheduling, inventory, and visual standards, ensure policies are followed, and represent the brand inside and outside the store.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and guest-service focus.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organization and attention to detail in a retail setting.
• Ability to coach selling skills and maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive store KPI targets and take action to meet them.
• Engage guests, share product knowledge, and promote sampling.
• Coach selling skills and lead by example.
• Train, develop, and motivate team members.
• Assist with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and SOPs are enforced consistently by all staff.
• Be a brand ambassador for Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
