Job summary

Ampersand Brands’ Lolli & Pops unit seeks a Service Lead/Keyholder to join our leadership team at the Clackamas Town Center. You’ll drive store results, engage guests, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service while upholding brand standards and policies.

This role requires you to lift up to 25 pounds, manage inventory and training, and maintain a positive, energetic store environment that reflects our Company of Firsts ethos and upbeat culture.

Responsibilities

• Drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets.
• Lead guest engagement, product sampling, and knowledge sharing.
• Develop team through coaching and selling skills; lead by example.
• Assist in training, development, and motivation of team members.
• Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
• Maintain visual/merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently.
• Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside the store.
