We value a seasoned Service Advisor with leadership potential, capable of selling while mentoring others, and using dealership technology to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive Service Advisor or service leader with a track record of strong performance and customer care.
• Ability to lead by example, coach others, and drive results.
• Familiarity with dealership technology and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the service lane and oversee daily activity.
• Coordinate advisor coverage and manage customer flow to keep the team organized.
• Set professional greetings, thorough write-ups, and a smooth service experience.
• Coach advisors to achieve KPI targets: sales, gross profit per repair order, hours per RO, labor rate, service conversions, and CSI.
• Champion the customer experience with clear explanations and timely updates.
• Ensure effective processes: multipoint inspections, proper authorizations, and transparent communication.
• Balance workloads and dispatch repairs when needed to keep the shop moving.
