Job summary

Volkswagen of Everett seeks an experienced Service Sales Manager to own the service lane, develop advisors, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This hands-on leadership role requires engaging with customers in the lane, ensuring professional greetings, and driving performance.

Qualifications

Experienced automotive Service Advisor or service leader with a track record of strong performance and customer care.
Ability to sell while explaining and coaching teammates.
Comfort with performance reports and dealership technology to identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

Own the service lane and oversee daily activity, advisor coverage, and customer flow to ensure a smooth service experience.
Coach advisors to achieve KPIs: sales, gross profit per repair order, hours per RO, labor rate, conversion, and CSI.
Champion the customer experience with clear explanations, timely updates, and exceptional delivery.
Establish and reinforce service processes: write-ups, inspections, presentations, and customer authorizations.
Distribute work based on technician skills and availability to keep the lane moving.
