Job DetailsJob Location: Volkswagen of Everett - Everett , WA 98204Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00

Location: Everett, WA| Full-Time | Great Benefits | Family-Owned Dealership

Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $50,000.00 - $150,000.00; including monthly 6% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts in accordance with the terms of pay plan; additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed national average in accordance with terms of pay plan.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. • Ability to multitask in a busy service drive
• Familiarity with DMS software is a bonus
