• Experience as an automotive Service Advisor or service leader.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the service lane. Oversee daily activity, coordinate advisor coverage, manage customer flow, and maintain a professional service experience.
• Coach advisors and drive performance by hitting KPIs like sales, gross profit per RO, hours per RO, ER, service conversions, and CSI.
• Champion the customer experience with clear explanations, timely updates, and an exceptional delivery process.
• Establish repeatable processes: write-ups, multipoint inspections, proper authorizations, and transparent delivery.
• Keep work moving by dispatching work when needed and balancing workloads.
