Job summary

Basney BMW Mazda in South Bend, Indiana, is seeking a Service Lane Assistant to provide excellent customer service and support for the service department. This full-time hourly role works closely with customers and service advisors to ensure a smooth service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must be able to work full-time hours and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with checking in service appointments.
• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles and/or customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized service lane area.
• Break down boxes and dispose of waste as needed.
• Assist with checking in and out loaner vehicles.
• Communicate updates on vehicle status to customers.
• Provide support to service advisors and technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
