Job summary

Fields BMW of Northfield is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customers’ experience in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact, versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and exceptional service.

We welcome individuals new to automotive but with background in customer service, retail, hospitality or related roles. Pay ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
