Basney BMW in South Bend, IN is seeking a service department scheduler to answer calls, book inbound and outbound appointments, and support service staff with vehicle check-in and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Automotive experience preferred but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for service department.
• Perform inbound call and in person appointment scheduling.
• Work from lists to perform outbound appointment scheduling.
• Assist Service Staff with vehicle check in as needed.
• Assist and train under Service Advisors to fill Advisor position during Vacation and Sick Days.
• Create and manage repair orders for Inventory vehicles.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
