You will take ownership of the customer experience and help ensure technician time is efficiently allocated to service needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of the Drive Lane.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is allocated to service customers.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Collaborate with management on hiring and discipline in the service department.
