The role requires strong leadership, technical automotive knowledge, and a focus on operational excellence.

You will manage a team, set goals, monitor performance, and uphold compliance with regulations. A proven dealership management background and CDK experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, supervise and monitor service department personnel.
• Set service objectives by developing annual sales and revenue targets.
• Encourage technicians to stay current with training on new systems.
• Maintain professional work environment and motivate staff.
• Drive efficient sales/production to optimize customer throughput and first-time fix rate.
• Be familiar with all service department aspects; prior management experience required.
• Ensure proper warranty, complaint, cause and correction procedures.
• Set department goals, measure progress, and implement improvements.
• Develop reporting systems to ensure accuracy of records and performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers and service teams.
