Qualifications

• A track record of successful results, for example, strong productivity and achievement of goals
• Strong organizational, delegation and follow-through skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication as well asstrong interpersonal skills
• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as, MS Windows, iOS and Android
• A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own disciplines and drive adoption of new processes through tech and innovation
• Coach an interactive team of specialists to educate and adopt new behaviors
• Build relationships with merchandising and store teams to drive customer initiatives
• Support Service Experience budgets to drive efficiencies and improvement
• Protect customer data privacy and ensure security compliance
• Follow Service Experience, Cash Room and Communication procedures as applicable
