The candidate will support the Service Experience Manager, coach specialists, and help integrate change across store teams to promote customer-driven initiatives. This position may include budget-related responsibilities and compliance education.

Qualifications

• Track record of successful results, e.g., productivity and goal achievement.
• Strong organizational, delegation and follow-through skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems: Windows, iOS and Android.
• A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and promote service-experience initiatives with technology and innovation to enhance the customer experience.
• Coach an interactive team of specialists to drive education and adopt new behaviors and processes.
• Build relationships with merchandising and store teams to support customer-driven initiatives.
• Assist with budget management and financial aspects to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Support security and privacy education and issue handling for customer information.
• Perform Service Experience, Cash Room and Communication procedures as applicable.
